If you have problems starting the software, please check the following things:
Start the software with administrator rights #
In order for the software to function correctly, you should definitely start the software with administrator rights. To do this, right-click on the shortcut on the desktop or alternatively on the .exe of the application and then select “Run as administrator” from the context menu.
Check whether an antivirus software or firewall is interfering #
In order for the software to work, you should check if any security software might be interfering. It may happen that a firewall or antivirus software interrupts or interferes with the operation of the software. It is best to make a corresponding exception in your security software for the program or the program directory in which the software was installed.
